| Have your students explore the land where Henry Hudson was cast adrift with his young son by a band of treacherous mutineers. Travel to the upper latitudes to the lower reaches of James Bay. Visit Moosonnee, Fossil Island, Timmins, and the Hudson Bay Company outpost on Church Factory Island; descend into the Big Nickel Mine; sail on the MS Chi-Cheemaun ("The Big Canoe") across Georgian Bay; and, of course, ride the rails of The Polar Bear Express.
